We SERIOUSLY have to make exercise a leading priority in our lives. It’s just as important as food, water, and money. And it’s more important than electricity, travel, and education. That’s the real, serious truth.

We SERIOUSLY have to stop saying we don’t have time to exercise. That’s crap! We find time for sleep because it’s mandatory; so is exercise. It’s time to seriously make exercise is as mandatory as sleep.

Instruction #3:
We SERIOUSLY owe ourselves exercise. It’s what our bodies were designed to do. And if we don’t want to owe it to ourselves, let’s owe it to our families and friends who care about us and want us to live longer and more healthy.

Because if we don’t exercise we’ll seriously be leaving them far sooner than later.

Instruction #4:
We SERIOUSLY have to stop viewing exercise as taking up extra time. That’s backwards. Exercising GIVES us new energy.

Exercising makes us more productive, and it reduces the amount of sleep we need. If anything, exercise ADDS time to our day and seriously adds more time to our LIFE.

Instruction #5:
We SERIOUSLY need to schedule our exercise plan the night before and then fit in our work, social, and family schedules around it.

We should not attempt to squeeze exercising into our day. Instead, we must make exercising a serious priority and then let our day unfold around it.
